About Me

I absolutely LOVE sharing Hypnobabies - a program that I've been fortunate to have been teaching in Vancouver since 2009.

​

I was the first Hypnobabies Instructor in Canada and am also a 2x Hypno-Mom, having used the program myself for my two very different, yet equally empowering, births.

 

I am also a DONA trained birth doula with formal training in  hypnosis as well as experience working in a busy maternity clinic in Downtown Vancouver.
